Privacy policy

This policy explains what strike.trading collects, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address, name and plan.
  • Sign-in: handled by WorkOS. When you sign in with Google, Apple, GitHub, a passkey or an email code, WorkOS shares your email address, name and the sign-in method with us. We never see your Google, Apple or GitHub password.
  • Tradier connection: your Tradier account ID and OAuth tokens. Tokens are encrypted at rest with a separate key per record. We never see your Tradier password.
  • Activity: orders, positions and every action you or your agents take, with the ladder snapshot each was based on. We keep this for two years so you can review and replay it.
  • Agents: each agent’s name, OAuth client, mode and limits.
  • Billing: handled by Stripe. We receive your subscription status, not your full card number.
  • Technical: server logs with IP address and user agent, for security and debugging.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell or share your trading data.
  • We don’t run analytics or third-party scripts in the terminal. This website uses only Cloudflare’s aggregate traffic statistics, without cookies.
  • We don’t keep Tradier market data longer than 30 days, except the delayed, rounded sample shown on this site.

Who processes data for us

Tradier (your broker), WorkOS (sign-in and agent authorization: your email address, name and sign-in method), Stripe (billing), our hosting and database providers, and Cloudflare (DNS, CDN). Each receives only what it needs. [TODO: list named sub-processors and their locations.]

Your choices

You can disconnect Tradier, revoke agents, export your log as CSV, and delete your account at any time. Records we must keep for legal reasons are retained for the required period, then deleted.

Cookies

The terminal uses one essential session cookie. The sign-in pages at auth.strike.trading, run by WorkOS, set their own essential cookies to keep you signed in. This website sets none; your theme choice is stored only in your browser.
